I've been popping into pubs with people I don't typically see - hasn't really helped grow the boards yet heh.   

Well there is only about 100 of us in QL, so with 25 down you're a 1/4 of the way there.

I do think that the use of this free stuff has hurt you.

This still looks 10x better than qlive or p4f forum  - so I don't see how the forum provider has anything to do with it, free or not.   

Although I have people tell me they still see ads etc. when they visit, I don't know why I don't see them at all.. that part confuses me a bit. :s

Some antivirus solutions like avast adds ad-blocker onto browsers in their standard setup. That could be it.

I went to the desktop version on my phone, I actually don't see a ton of ads...

I'm not a fan of godaddy... and i see no ads here personally, so overall I find this much easier on the eyes.   

I think having a place just for the NA Insta community is a great idea. In the Q3 days we had mIRC and 24/7 servers as well as clan sites and forums to keep the player base connected. It is something that was sorely missing within the QL Insta community. Not sure if any of you were around in the RA3 days 2001-2004ish with the site "Jumpingmens" ran by Feck. It was a great community site solely dedicated to RA3. They ran stories, interviews, match predictions and tournaments within the site and it was great.
